Given the task of creating the perfect blend, our winemaking team created this wine by blending Wild Ferment Gewurztraminer, Riesling Clone 21 Old Vines and Sauvignon Blanc.  This wine has a lovely nose of green apple intermingled with floral notes.  Medium-bodied with balanced acidity.  the floral notes come through on the palate.  Only 41 cases made.
