An incredibly rare find – a Select Late Harvest Cabernet Sauvignon. Pronounced red berry fruit on the nose along with honey, cranberry and just a hint of caramel.  The palate has great acid balance with the cranberry tartness coming through.  Enjoy on its own or pair with strawberry rhubarb pie, white chocolate mousse or cheesecake with a cranberry or red fruit compote.  Available exclusively at Cattail Creek Estate Winery.
