BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - InterVin International Wine Awards 2011

This wine is made from some of the oldest Riesling vines in Ontario and the original block of Rieslings planted by the family in 1976. A dry wine with amazing complexity of citrus, lime, white peach and orange blossom.  Because of the age of the vines, the minerality is showing though and the wine is showing much more body than one would expect from a Riesling. Available exclusively at Cattail Creek Estate Winery.

A rich, luxurious with upfront aromas of toast and vanilla balanced with flavours of baked apple, ripe pinepple and coconut.  Full and buttery on the palate with enough acidity to liven this rich wine.  Baked apple intermingle with smoky vanilla on the opulent finish.  Available only at Cattail Creek Estate Winery.

A big, bold wine filled with black cherries, vanilla, dried oregano and dark plums leading to a cassis and mint finish. Developing an amazing amount of complexity on the palate.  this is a wine that is drinking incredibly well right now but still has the potential to age another 2 to 5 yeast.  Please note that this wine is unrefined and unfiltered and will require decanting prior to serving.
