Given the task of creating the perfect white blend, our winemaking team created this wine by blending Wild Ferment Gewurztraminer, Old Vines Riesling and Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc.  This blend has created a wine with an absolutely lovely nose of green apple and quince intermingled with floral notes.  Surprisingly full-bodied yet refreshing.
