From the stunning 2007 vintage comes our Reserve Series Cabernet Merlot. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, each wine contributing to this blend was fermented in small lots and the skins were manually mixed with the juice three times a day to maximize colour and flavour extraction. The result? An incredibly complex, intense red wine with a melange of flavours…dark plums, allspice, smoky vanilla, chocolate covered cherries, dried blueberries cassis…the list just goes on and on. Full bodied, soft, velvety tannins with a rich palate, pair this wine with rack of lamb, filet mignon or roast beef in a wine sauce. Available at Cattail Creek and at the LCBO (Vintages +271825).
