A big, bold wine filled with black cherries, vanilla, dried oregano and dark plums leading to a cassis and mint finish. Developing an amazing amount of complexity on the palate.  this is a wine that is drinking incredibly well right now but still has the potential to age another 2 to 5 yeast.  Please note that this wine is unrefined and unfiltered and will require decanting prior to serving.
